galax vase • hand engraved

The small galax oval vases were such a hit that I decided to do several on a larger vase. This one is available at the Decatur Market and Gallery along with several other new pieces.

There is something so refreshing about spending time at the beach. Before our trip, I engraved 4 tumblers to bring along and photograph while we were there. A starfish, sand dollar, sea horse and sea turtle make crisp clean images for a set of tumblers.

Friends and wine • carafe

This was a special order from a couple weeks ago and a fun example of how customers come up with great phrases of their own! This one says, "Friends, the wine of life".

I just found this new glass shape and love the open space it has for engraving/etching. I was tempted to go crazy, but decided to etch a simple design inspired by the recent spring buds and butterflies flying around outside.
